Mailbox Monday ~ December 8th

December 8, 2008

I’m still down south enjoying the fun and sun in Mexico.

**********

Thank you to everyone who stops by Mailbox Monday. Whether you comment or visit I appreciate your taking the time to drop in.

I have no idea what goodies are waiting for me at home. I’ve been tempted to email the cat sitter and have her open the packages but I don’t want to deprive myself of that fun. I want something to look forward to besides the piles of laundry and grocery shopping.

Side notes:

I have posted two great giveaways over at Up For Grabs. Be sure to check each of them out. As it’s the season to give I’m throwing in 4 Amazon gift cards with a value of $25/each. Two per giveaway.

~ 2 signed copies of Matrimony courtesy of the author Josh Henkin. Enter the giveaway here.

~ 3 complete sets of Jane Porter books published by 5 Spot. Enter the giveaway here.

What books came into yourhouse last week? Don’t forget to leave a link to your Mailbox post or a list of books if you don’t have a blog.

Getting the mail at long last is, to my mind, the only really satisfying thing about coming home from a fantastic vacation. I hope you have tons of great stuff waiting for you!

Usually I get a stack of books. Today I only received one but it was worth waiting for. It’s The Apothecary’s Daughter by Julie Klassen. I can’t wait to read it!
